Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and emails, providing information to customers such as account information, order confirmations, and more.
• Ensure timely and accurate order entry and rates.
• Contact customers when necessary to advise shipments delay and/or information necessary to process orders.
• Make changes to or cancel orders/backorders.
• Possess research and problem-solving skills for customer-related, order processing and billing incidents
• Work closely with internal departments to assure commitment to customer is met in a timely manner.
• Communicate details to proper departments, such as production and logistics
• Handle upset customers in a professional manner.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Performs other duties as requested.

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extensive computer skills and proficiency in Excel & other Microsoft Office applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
