About the role
This role is full time (37 hours), term time only (40 weeks per year).
The Work Placement Assessor will report directly to the Industry Placement Manager to review and develop work placement opportunities and be responsible for the organising, coordinating, assessing and monitoring learners whilst on placement.
The successful candidate will have:
Relevant minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification.
Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
Assessor and/or verifier awards.
Evidence of ability to work well in a team.
Experienced early year’s practitioner or experience of working education sector.
Experience of work based assessment/verification.
