We are seeking software engineers to join our trading team. A meaningful contribution in your role will have a direct impact in the millions of dollars.

Responsibilities

• Build complicated, highly performant trading systems.
• Work on fast, high-volume, distributed systems with many connections and interdependencies.
• Write code to acquire, process, and manipulate extremely large data sets.
• Ability to integrate low-level trading software with higher-level quantitative trading tools to facilitate trading.
• Build tools to monitor our trading and further improve our logging and monitoring processes

Requirements

• Strong interest in financial markets, cryptocurrencies, crypto assets, and decentralized finance.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Good mathematical intuition.
• Excellent engineering skills.
• Ability to work within and on a complex system.
• Ability to understand complicated interactions and interdependencies in software systems.
• Ability to collaborate with quant, development, and trading team members.
• Strong ability to work on many varied projects in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Deep understanding of programming languages and environments, and the ability to learn and work in multiple languages, preferably including at a low-level.
• Bachelors or higher degree in computer science or a technical field preferred.
• 3 years of work experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work oncall
• Comfortable operating in a frenetic, high-stakes environment.
