Midwest Solar Installers, the fastest growing solar company in eastern Iowa, is looking for team-oriented winners who want to be a part of an incredible growing industry. Due to this growth, we are seeking a part-time administrative assistant. This position will be located in our Cedar Falls, Iowa office.

Main Responsibilities

• Accounts payable
• Scheduling solar installations
• Scheduling electricians
• Talking with customers
• Uploading documents into utilities applications
• Creating interconnection agreements

Necessary Skills

• Basic accounts payable knowledge
• 2+ years of customer service
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to work well under tight deadlines

Schedule

This is currently a part-time position, working Monday through Friday. Depending on growth, it could turn in to a full-time role.

Compensation

$19-21/hour based on experience
