The Human Resources Generalist will work in a fast-paced, team environment, under tight deadlines, with confidentiality and discretion to be maintained at all times. The incumbent will take a pro-active approach and provide high-level administrative support with the goal of enhancing the effectiveness of the team and Director of HR. The HR Generalist role holds a specific responsibility level for complex functions leading to accurate and positive functionality of operations. This position will serve as the primary contact regarding benefits administration, off-boarding processes, ongoing record maintenance, HRIS maintenance, and leave administration. This position is based in office.
