We have a unique and exciting opportunity for budding Hospitality superstars to work in a variety of roles amongst multiple hotel departments, including positions at a supervisory level. The Trainee Programme will run for 12 months with continued employment in what is expected to be a supervisory position afterwards.

About You

You will be excited that this traineeship gives you the opportunity to work in different parts of the country. Ideally you have worked in food and beverage, housekeeping, kitchen or hotel front office before. You are committed to a hotel management career and may have completed some study in this area, but that’s not essential. It’s important that you are confident on the computer, have excellent written and verbal communication and know how to work as part of a team. It goes without saying that your personal presentation is always polished and professional.

In this role you will:

• Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverage
• Communicate and co-ordinate with all operational departments
• Support the housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms
• Welcome and assist guests, answer incoming phone calls and work at reception
• Develop supervisory and managerial skills, including financial and people management

You will need to be fit and flexible for day, night and weekend shifts.
