Commercial Cleaner – Balclutha.

Permanent Part Time Cleaner in Balclutha

$500 per new employee retention incentive (conditions apply).

We are looking for:

Someone who can work on a permanent part time basis during the day.

The site only requires to be serviced for 1.25 hour only – between 5:00pm -9:00pm.

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday – total of 3.75 hours per week

Primary tasks include vacuuming, dry and wet mopping, detail cleaning of surfaces and edges, spot cleaning windows, clearing rubbish, restocking consumables along with a full toilet clean. You will work to a task list and day routines, have good communication skills and be contactable by phone and email.

All equipment, uniform and training provided.

Some moderate lifting may be required, so you must be physically fit and healthy.

A successful applicant will need the following:

· Be able to work unsupervised in a security conscious environment.

· Pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal History Check

· Pass a site specific clearance

· Have valid working rights in New Zealand

· Be fully vaccinated and be able to provide a Certificate of Vaccination issued by the Ministry of Health.

Retention Bonus: $250 (gross) retention bonus paid after 4 months of employment and if you remain employed until 1st December 2022, a further $250 (gross) retention bonus.
