Administration Support
A Fantastic opportunity has arisen within Milligans for a motivated person to join our team.
You will have the opportunity to bring your own skills and experience to the role supporting the team with a huge variety of tasks and getting involved in many aspects of the business.
Skills and attributes
• Computer Savvy with skills in Word, Excel, Teams
• Excellent communication skills with professional presentation
• Highly flexible and adaptable with organisational skills
• A willingness to provide support wherever it is needed
• A keen interest in learning and getting involved
General overview of duties
• General office duties
• Data inputting
• Processing sales orders and co-ordinate freight for these orders
• Filing
• Other clerical duties as specified from time to time
This is a part time role with days of work Monday – Friday
Hours approximately 20 per week. 9am – 1pm.
We are flexible on these hours. Some full days may occasionally be required to cover staff on holiday leave or sick leave.
This position is located in Oamaru, South Island.
