Role Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate cultural content across various platforms.
• Provide detailed annotations on text based on cultural relevance and appropriateness.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in annotations to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
• Identify and report cultural biases or inaccuracies in content.
• Utilize tools and software for text annotation effectively.
• Conduct research to enhance cultural understanding and context.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve content quality.
• Maintain detailed documentation of annotations and evaluations.
• Stay current with cultural trends and developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Cultural Studies, or related field.
• Proven experience in text annotation or content evaluation.
• Strong understanding of cultural sensitivity and diversity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in qualitative research methods.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with annotation tools and software.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.

• Prior experience in a remote work environment preferred.
