You must love people and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in coffee or food service not required; we are able to train the right candidate! Duties include making hand-crafted drinks in a very fast-paced environment which requires a large amount of training, knowledge and memory of our recipes and procedures. You will operate coffee equipment, work the touch screen cash register, assist with cleaning, including hand washing dishes, mopping floors and perform opening and closing duties. Every team member needs to be reliable, enthusiastic, hardworking, able to multi-task in a in a very fast-paced environment, stand and move for the entire 8-8.5 hour shift, work as a team and provide the customers with very friendly service.
