Tēnei tūranga – About the Role:
We are currently seeking a proactive Offshore Coordinator to be part of our Immigration Risk and Border branch at Immigration New Zealand.
As the Offshore Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing vital coordination and quality proactive support to INZ staff located outside of New Zealand. This is a critical role to support the effective operation of the offshore network where you will provide advice and an executive support function to the National Manager of Risk & Verification.
In this role, you will also be required to provide administrative support, provide advice to offshore staff and handle personal, strategic and operating information with integrity and confidentiality. You will have the experience to prioritise tasks that change frequently.
We are looking for an Offshore Coordinator who has strong level of relationship management skill and the ability to make constructive decisions when required. To have a friendly and positive communication style and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment will be advantageous for the success of this position.
