The position is responsible for providing high-quality advice on performance and service improvement, leading the development of operational policies and guidelines, as well as continuous improvement functions.
Your work will be varied and made up of a mixture of scheduling initiatives and projects. That means you will be working closely with all team members as well as leading your own pieces of work. The role is about making things easier for people in the business, and for the customers who are using our services. This means having the ability to build positive working relationships, and being open and engaging with people and groups in the wider business that you are seeking to help.
This role presents a great opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, and proactive Senior Advisor who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of work.

Ko wai mātou/Who we are
The role is part of the National Scheduling team within Operations and Service Delivery. The team carries out automated reporting to support scheduling functions, as well as supporting consistent scheduling nationwide. We feed business intelligence and information on utilisation, data quality, and process adherence to the District Court to support improved performance. The wider team is made up of engaged, welcoming people, who are passionate about the work they do!

Utu ā-tau/Salary
Salary Range: The remuneration band for this role is $70,518 to $97,908 – the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience.
