Are you an organized and efficient individual with excellent administrative and secretarial skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional attention to detail? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Judges Personal Assistant.
In this role, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to District Court Judges. You will be responsible for facilitating effective liaison and communication within the PA judicial support team, handling confidential and sensitive matters, and optimizing the Judges’ capacity to effectively fulfil their judicial duties.

Judges Personal Assistants report to the Ministry of Justice while taking day to day direction from the Judiciary. Each PA supports approximately 4-5 District Court Judges. As the primary point of contact for Judges and Chambers, you will serve as the frontline representative, ensuring that all interactions reflect our commitment to professionalism and assisting all parties involved.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
Salary Range: The remuneration band for this role is $56,729 to $78,441, the appointing salary will likely be between $59,210 to $64,173.
