We are seeking a senior advisor to join our Implementation team in the Commissioning and Service Improvement (CSI) unit while a team member is on secondment.
In CSI, we deliver improvements to the justice system for a fair and safe Aotearoa.
The breadth of our work and the impact it has will give you lots of variety and challenge. You will have the opportunity to manage unique stakeholder relationships, including with judges and senior managers, and staff across the Ministry.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
Experience in and knowledge of the Family Court or Tribunals would also be an advantage.

The Implementation team works closely with the Policy Group to implement policy and legislative changes agreed by Parliament. We work on a range of different issues that impact how NZ justice services operate day to day, and how participants experience the justice system. The mahi we do has a big impact on how people experience our justice system, often at one of the most vulnerable times of their lives.

Salary Range: The appointing salary for this role will be between $94,377 and $131,591 based on skills and experience.
