What you will be working on
Project Title: Review and produce social media content in-house ACE owns two social media accounts, Facebook and TikTok, both of which aim to constantly push out pro-active content to keep our audience engaged and informed about our migrant workers’ landscape. In these two new platforms, content planning is required for stories and short-form videos. These are produced in-house and requires creativity to curate the content in an entertaining way, resulting in high engagement value.
Intern’s Role & Responsibilities ‘
- Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability.
- Perform social media marketing research.
- Brainstorm and research ideas for original content.
- Write social media captions that speak to our target audience.
- Assist with photo/video content shoots.
- Help create and curate compelling graphics for FB and short-form videos for TikTok.
- Develop new strategies to increase engagement on FB and TikTok.
- Inquisitive to learn and research more about content ideas and have the interest to develop creative skillsets to produce social media content production, especially for short-form videos and stories for Facebook.
- Possesses communication and collaborative skills to engage student volunteers for service learning, working with youths in project planning, as well as to perform guiding and facilitation tasks in youth engagement events and activities.
