What you will be working on

The team’s work is wide-ranging and includes strategy management; performance and risk monitoring; futures research; and Ops-Tech integration. Your work may involve:

• Performance and risk management, including collating and assessing Key Performance/Risk Indicators
• Horizon scans and research to understand plausible futures and articulate the potential impact on MOM, and help build future-oriented mindsets or capabilities
• Workplans and key planning platforms to facilitate strategic discussions and communications, e.g. Strategy Group retreats for senior management, workplan presentations and

Work Plan Seminar

• Strategic engagements with external stakeholders, e.g. annual Tripartite Retreat, Head of Civil Service and Public Service Commission visits to Ministry Families
• Public Service Transformation (PST), e.g. staffing the DS-chaired MOM Transformation Platform meetings, and giving MOM inputs to

Whole-of-Government initiatives and updates on MOM’s transformation journey

• Ops-Tech integration, including driving whole-of-MOM Ops-Tech strategy and enabling the design and implementation of digital solutions for human-centred service delivery, coordinated enforcement, and productive and delightful workplaces.
