About System Performance
The System Performance group is part Strategy and Insights. Our objective is to provide an integrated view of the welfare system to understand how changes in the labour market, housing system, policy and operational changes affect current and future MSD clients. We work closely across organisation to implement our findings into operational and policy decision-making and have strong linkages across government.
The System Performance group is a diverse group with a broad range of functions including: Labour Market Intelligence, Housing Insights, Forecasting and Costing, Monitoring and Analysis, and Modelling and System Analytics.
About the Role
The Principal Advisor provides high level strategic advice and support to the General Manager System Performance. They help facilitate and maintain key relationships across MSD and with wider government. The Principal Advisor works alongside our teams to support the preparation and delivery of publications, reports and insights.
They will also take a lead on implementing strategic initiatives and priorities for System Performance and the wider Insights group.
We are looking for an experienced Advisor with strong political nous who can lead delivery and champion change by working collaboratively across our teams and the organisation.
