This is an individual contributor role whereby you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for planning and managing HR initiatives, particularly in the area of talent and career development. You will be required to establish and develop robust policies, processes, and programmes to facilitate the career development of MTI officers.
What you will be working on
You will also be involved in the talent identification and development of officers in MTI. This includes partnering closely with relevant stakeholders on the implementation of the various leadership and talent initiatives under the Public Service Leadership Programme (PSLP), such as the In-Service PSLP Nomination Exercise, PSL Designation Exercise, etc.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Ability to conceptualise and articulate policies, as well as work well both strategically and operationally
- Strong personal initiative and resourcefulness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with people at all levels
