Minn-Alaska Transport Hiring for Data Entry Clerk Job at Palmer, AK Full Time

Minn-Alaska Transport is seeking a part-time Data Entry clerk for our Palmer, AK office. The schedule will be M-F, 4 hours each day. Mornings preferred, but some flexibility available.

The ideal candidate will be self motivated, dependable and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Enter data provided (orders) directly from freight customers
• Create spreadsheets
• Sort and organize paperwork after entry

Requirements

• Proven experience as data entry clerk
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Basic understanding of databases
• Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
• Great attention to detail
• High school degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in the transportation industry is preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Experience:
