Minnesota Jewish Community Center Hiring for Billing & Receivables Associate at Saint Paul, MN Full Time

The Minnesota JCC is seeking a Billing & Receivables Associate to join our accounting team at our St. Paul office. This position will perform a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Manage the full billing process for programming in an accurate and timely manner
• Process incoming payments and prepare deposits to ensure the proper application of all cash receipts-
• Manage the declined payment process; follow up on all declined payments; consulting with members as needed
• Respond to all customer requests

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES

• 2-5 years experience in billing or accounting office setting
• Proficient Excel spreadsheet skills
• Knowledge of accounting software packages for both general ledger and subsidiary ledgers; experience with QuattroC or CRM/Membership management billing system preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven attention to detail, time management, and problem solving skills
• Positive attitude and dedication to providing exceptional customer service

Pay: $45,000.00 – $53,000.00 per year
