Miranda CPAs is an accounting firm located in Mississauga, Ontario serving a diverse client base. We provide professional full-cycle bookkeeping services, financial reporting, corporate and personal income tax services, and business consulting services to small to mid-size businesses.
We are currently expanding our team and are excited to post this newly created opportunity for candidates with administrative credentials who are seeking to take the next step in their career.
POSITION OBJECTIVES:
Administrative support role for the Firm, including interaction with clients, preparation of billings and invoices, collection function, file management, and other office duties.
Candidates MUST experience in the following areas:
Exceptional client services and relationship building skills
Strong communication skills, sound judgment and initiatives
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook Calendar, Excel and Power Point.
Candidates MUST be able to meet deadlines and adapt to changing workloads.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
