MISS GRIFFINTOWN Hiring for Customer Service Representative/Data Entry – Work from Home Job at New York, NY Full Time

Specialising in waste management, water treatment and utility services around the globe, we are looking for multiple super star Customer Service and Data Entry Consultants to join the Customer Experience team in the New York office.

This is a simple admin and customer service role, you will be taking inbound phone calls, asking a few key questions from the customer, documenting their requests, and advising accordingly.

As a Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for their clients, so first impressions are everything.

About the position:

• Monday – Friday, no weekends
• Operation hours are from 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Customer Service, Admin, and Data Entry position, taking inbound calls and details
• Fully paid systems and product training will provided
• Casual position with FT hours, with the possibility to progress into a long term position within their customer experience team
• New York location with on-site parking!

What we are looking for:

• Previous Customer Service, Reception, Administration or Data entry experience is ideal
• Ability to use CRM software systems and Microsoft office would be desirable
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written is a must
• Someone who can work in a fast paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From $22.00 per hour
