We have a need for an experienced Social Services Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a team leader with a desire to deliver high-quality care with a solid track record of excellent performance in the areas of social services, employee recruitment and retention, and positive community relations.

The primary purpose of the Social Service Assistant is to assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of our community’s Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies, and procedures, and as may be directed by the Administrator. This is all to assure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis.

Qualifications

1-2 years Social Service experience

Long-term care experience preferred but not required
