Mitchell Tees & Signs, in Pittsford VT, is seeking an experienced screen printer to join our production staff. We are looking for a candidate who is: reliable, personable, passionate about their work, and detail-oriented. Screen printing experience on either a manual or automatic press is a must.

Job Summary

Work in our screen-printing department to complete custom printed garments. Become cross-trained in all areas of the screen-printing process and become proficient on all of our presses.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Operate an automatic or manual printing machine, including set up and tear down to produce custom garments.

• Verify print location and artwork are correct prior to production.
• Document all necessary information pertaining to order in our system.
• Monitor machine for needed maintenance.
• Become proficient and trained in all aspects of screen printing.

Important Information for Applicants

Mitchell Tees & Signs offers competitive pay (commensurate with experience); 401k, profit sharing; paid days off, paid holidays, and additional perks. We try not to work weekends. We try not to work overtime. There will be occasional Saturday hours during the holiday season or for training. Applicants must be able to lift boxes up to 25 lbs. on a daily basis. This job is performed in a warm climate.

Pay: $35,368.00 – $43,888.00 per year
