Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited Looking for Café Supervisor – Columbus Coffee Whangaparaoa at Whangaparaoa, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

This is an amazing opportunity for the right person to take the lead and make it the best cafe in Whangaparaoa.

This is a day light hours, hands-on supervisor role and to be successful you will need to be a strong leader who can motivate, mentor and guide our team, as well as be a team player who is happy to roll their sleeves up and help the team.

Our Ideal Applicant

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in high level café or restaurant management position
• Strong knowledge around Marketing and Franchise systems would be advantageous
• Robust understanding around Food Control Plans and all areas of Health and Safety
• Strong leadership skills with a background in managing a team of 10 with the ability to further develop and grow their skills whilst demanding the highest work standards
• Methodical in your approach to the job with the ability to see the big picture and direct staff accordingly.
• Customer centric – love customer interaction with exceptional customer service skills
