Since Riviera Hardware Holdings inception in 2009, where we started out with a small local Mitre 10 store in Warkworth, we have grown to be the largest group of stores within the Mitre 10 national network. We are proud to offer our customers a shopping experience like no other in New Zealand’s largest hardware retail store; Mitre 10 MEGA Albany as well as New Lynn, Warkworth, Whangaparoa and Silverdale, boast Columbus Coffee shops. We also have a Distribution Centre and own our own Frame and Truss Manufacturing Plant.

• Available on a part time basis?
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic and reliable?
• Reliable with excellent customer service skills?
• Customer focused with good communication skills?

Do you have?

• Previous cash handling / point of sale experience?
• High numerical skills and attention to detail?
• Good customer services skills?

Could you?

• Process transactions and tenders including cash, eftpos, credit cards, gift vouchers;
• Provide correct change and cash out to enable accurate end of day balancing;
• Process applicable loyalty card programs and transact to security requirements;
• Process all refunds, exchanges and returns as per company policy;
• Process faulty goods for repairs in line with company policy;
