We are looking for a gardening superstar with green fingers and a customer-focused attitude to assist within our garden centre. Ideally you will be experienced with the knowledge of both green and dry garden goods.

This is a key role within this department, requiring an outstanding customer focus with the ability to really hustle when the need arises, and requires the successful applicant to work well within teams.

You’ll be a customer service superstar, serving customers and assisting with their needs and queries, and handling stock on a day-to-day basis. you’ll also be adaptable and be able to think on your feet all with a solution-based, can-do mindset.

To Be Successful You Must Have

Expertise across all aspects of green goods, maintenance, care and control, and associated products

Be able to multi-task, and have the ability to follow through and follow up situations in a timely manner

Ability to “step up” as required

Be able to work individually and as a member of the team

Possess a can do attitude

Be computer savvy

A full, valid class 1 or forklift license is beneficial

You are on your feet for 8 hours a day, lifting and handling stock so an element of physical fitness and ability is required.
