If your values align with ours then you should definitely read on!A bit about the role…We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic candidate to join our Dispatch team.In this role you will be responsible for:

• Invoicing and receipting all deliveries (inward and outbound)
• Ensuring all stock leaving the facility is processed in an accurate and timely manner
• Forward planning, ensuring stock is available and ready for outgoing deliveries
• Support and cover for the Dispatch Coordinator as and when required

The successful applicant will have a strong work ethic and be extremely organised with good time management skills. In addition, you will have:

• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Experience delivering excellent customer service and building customer relationships.
• Good physical fitness to unload, lift, carry and move items. 
• Knowledge or interest to learn about all the products.  
• Knowledge of relevant legislative governances e.g., Health & Safety at Work Act, and act in accordance with them.  
• Understanding of health, safety, and wellness, along with relevant practices within retail and how to keep our team mentally and physically safe, along with our customers.  
• IT competency.
