This role is a key enabler providing fit-for-purpose inputs into change assets, coordination of engagement activities across the people readiness streams and co-ordinating travel logistics across the programme.You’ll work under the guidance to the Project Manager and to support the Change Partners and Communications team, collaborating and aligning engagement activities across our diverse stakeholder groups.What You’ll Deliver:

• Assist and conduct detailed change impact assessments for planned change delivery, which highlight shifts between current and future state
• Assist and/or Conduct change readiness assessments prior to change deployments and identify risks of transition as well as mitigation strategies
• Organize and Support the development of engagement activity regarding change deliverables and implementation drops – maintain People Readiness calendars
• Assist the Change team with metrics and reporting to measure success and document changes
• Coordinate people readiness meetings, attend and chair meetings where necessary, minute, and distribute minutes to all team members
• Co-ordinate travel and logistic for the Programme – schedule and manage Programme related travel bookings and budget for Support Centre and Store Teams including flights, rental cars, accom etc
• Build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of people within and outside of the project team, including project sponsors, senior managers, stakeholders/customers, other project team managers, external agencies, and vendors.

Core Capabilities You Need

• 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative support role and/or project-related role
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder interaction, minute taking and related
• Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Proficient in MS Office suite of products, Office 365 preferred.
