We are looking for someone that will provide outstanding customer service every time our customers walk through the doors and going the extra mile will be the norm. This is a full time position which will include one weekend day. Days and hours will be discussed at the interview stage.
Ideally, you will have had previous experience in a fast paced customer service role.
This Position Includes
- telephone use
- checkout sales, returns and item orders
- daily problem solving for customers
- customer click and collects/online orders
- ensuring the checkout service standards are met
- Previous cash handling skills
- The ability to work at a fast pace and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Good computer skills
- The ability to problem solve
