So… You’re currently working within retail? You’ve been in your role for quite some time; you feel you are ready for a change but hesitant to take the leap? Or, you’re currently in a supervisory role and you’re totally ready to find a new career adventure!
Well… We are a locally owned, well-known brand, in ‘big box’ format store looking for an individual to join the Showrooms team as a supervisor.
To Succeed In This Role, You Will Need
- A passion for customer service excellence;
- Retail knowledge
- Leadership abilities
- Enthusiasm and a can-do approach to all work;
- The ability to drive and achieve (if not exceed!) sales targets and KPI’s;
- Ability to work well within a team environment;
- Great communication skills; and
- Commitment to Health and Safety in the workplace.
