We are proud to service the Hibiscus Coast community with our Mitre 10 Whangaparaoa store and now have an opportunity for full-time Team Members covering various department across the store including Hardware, Bathrooms, Paint and Gardens.
The focus of this role:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to customers, assisting customers in choosing products according to their needs, budget and outcomes sought.
The duties of this role:
- Provide technical information on products, across features & benefits and price ranges.
- Answer questions and queries from customers and make recommendations where appropriate.
- Replenish stock, ensuring appropriate and attractive presentation in all merchandise displays, including correct ticketing and location, to maximize sales potential.
Our ideal applicant:
- 1 – 3 years’ experience working in retail.
- Ability to demonstrate stock integrity awareness and merchandising standards.
- Previous cash handling experience beneficial, but not essential
- Physically fit and capable with no restrictions on lifting or handling.
- Excellent customer service skills with a Can-Do attitude.
- Strong multi-tasking ability.
- Proactive attitude.

Who we are:
Riviera Hardware Holdings Limited (RHHL) owns and currently operates Mitre 10 MEGA Albany, Mitre 10 MEGA Warkworth, Mitre 10 MEGA New Lynn and Mitre 10 Whangaparaoa stores. We also operate our three Columbus Coffee shops within our MEGA stores. We deliver Prenail Frame and Truss solutions through Riviera Pre-nail and manage our own importing via Riviera Imports.
