Mitsui High-tec (Canada), Inc. Hiring For Production Team Member Virtual Hiring Event at Cambridge, ON Full Time

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts, off load and transfer parts
• Operate high tech machinery and assist machine operators
• Perform & Document in Process Quality inspections/quality checks
• Ensure daily production requirements are met & maintain 5S

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Stamping/Press & Die Experience an asset
• Visual inspection experience is an asset
• Knowledge and experience with 5S & Kaizen systems preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Attention to detail in all areas of work
• Must be able to take direction comfortably, able to multi-task, managing time efficiently to obtain optimum results
• Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination and standing for extended periods required

**Now offering straight shifts**

After successful completion of 3-month probationary period, wage is increased to $20/hr.

After successful completion of competency testing for the Production Team Member (PTM) role, next step is Sr. Production Team Member (PTM) – wage increase to $21.90/hr.

After successful completion of competency testing Sr. Production Team Member role, next step is Sr. PTM + Press – wage increase to $23.79/hr.
