Position Summary

POSITION LOCATED AT: The Commons
Responsibilities
· Deliver on key performance indicators and sales targets
· Enable a best-in-class customer experience
· Interview, hire, train, schedule, coach and manage the performance of store smartphone repair Technicians
· Enable employee engagement, collaboration and teamwork
· Manage inventory, including receiving and ordering parts and products, including Certified Pre-owned phones and accessories, efficiently and effectively
· Perform accurate inventory counts and ensure strong ticket management processes in our Point of Sale system
· Be the face to the community in the area your store operates. Develop referral relationships, execute promotions, and ensure top-of-mind awareness for Mobile Klinik
· Grow revenue and manage expense budgets to deliver bottom-line performance
· Manage executional excellence in the diagnosis, repair and testing of smartphones and tablets, sale of post paid and pre paid wireless plans, certified pre-owned devices and accessories and protection plans.
· Lead the team in delivery on the customer journey by ensuring that the customer is provided best-in-class repair, care, sales and services through the sales execution of Mobile Klinik’s Customer Connection Loop
· Represent the Mobile Klinik brand with professionalism and integrity at all times
· Be the primary point of communication with your store team. Schedule and communicate all shifts to all team members in a timely and effective manner
· Develop expert-level knowledge and lead the execution of the store processes, policies and procedures
Core Competencies
· Experience working in a retail, fast-paced, consumer-facing environment
· Have a background and expert knowledge in the smartphone industry, and/ or retail sales.
· Thrive on leading teams to shared success; you lead by example and excel at coaching and inspiring
· Proven ability to impact sales results and grow productivity
· Passionate about the customer experience and the ability to influence customer decisions and employee behaviour
· Aptitude, strong interest in technology
Self-motivated, competitive, a strong communicator, organized and detail-oriented
· Ability to work retail hours
