Moët Hennessy Looking for Becario de marketing at Ciudad de México, México Full Time

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, detail-oriented, and self-motivated marketing operations intern to join our marketing team. This position will contribute to the team to innovate in the current events and PR way of working, from “day to day” operation of marketing events and activations to insights generations.

In addition to being an excellent communicator and having a proactive attitude, you should have excellent multitasking, numerical and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities and challenges:

• Develop best in class marketing operational and creative processes: events and activation planning, budget tracker, briefing sessions. The possibilities to innovate and add value are vast as the need for proactivity
• Assisting with daily operation and budget follow up
• Managing POSM strategy and execution
• Coordinating and following up with agencies (PR, Events, Logistics, etc.)
• Daily monitoring of relevant KPI’s (sales, inventory, press clippings, etc.)
• Helping with the planning of marketing events.

What we are looking for:

• Self-learning & dealing with ambiguity
• Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for marketing, communications, industrial engineering or in a similar field.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Retro planning calendars, Gantt charts, Project flow charts, etc.)
• Good understanding and passion for the latest marketing and luxury trends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding multitasking and teamwork abilities
• Must have a “Get things done” attitude
