Moffett Group RE Hiring for Virtual Assistant at Remote Full Time

We are seeking a skilled virtual assistant to help us with scheduling, communications, research, travel, and other administrative tasks. Our ideal candidate will have some experience in administrative or executive support, enjoy completing a variety of tasks, and have outstanding communication skills. $3 – $15 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate calendar management tasks such as scheduling meetings, rescheduling, and confirming meetings
• Organize and post to social media accounts, and perform simple website changes, such as updating FAQs on Wordpress sites, blogs, or other platforms
• Screen, answer, and return phone calls in a professional manner
• Book and confirm accommodations, logistics, and travel arrangements as needed
• Execute additional administrative tasks such as data entry, light bookkeeping, and online research as requested

Qualifications:

• Advanced computer proficiency, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is desired
• A high school diploma or equivalent is needed; some college is an asset
• Exemplary time-management, customer service, organization, and communication skills, both written and verbal, are imperative
• Work with little to no supervision on a variety of projects and produce consistent, high-quality work
• Must be productive in a home office/virtual office environment with a reliable internet connection and proficiency with remote or cloud-based tools such as instant messaging, Skype, Zoom, and Google Suite
