We now have an exciting opportunity to join the Operations team as a Tutor on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.
As a Tutor you will support the delivery of our CIPD qualifications across levels 3, 5 and 7 in line with both learner and Awarding Body requirements and quality standards. You will also offer advice, guidance, and support to learners via one-to-ones and learner forums and work with the HR product team on some material development.
To do this you will need to be driven, organised, and dedicated to managing a busy and demanding workload, as well as have a genuine passion for the world of education and putting the learner experience at the heart of everything you do.

Due to the nature of the business, you will be required to have both a flexible and adaptable approach.
This role provides the flexibility to work remotely, and we will provide you with all necessary equipment and support to help you do this. You will also have the opportunity to work from one of our sites, and from time to time you will be expected to attend face-to-face meetings around the Greater Manchester area.
