We’re seeing an Accounting Clerk for a Pittsfield Construction Company.
This is a full time temp opportunity that could become temp to hire for
the right person! Monday through Friday, 8:00am- 4:30pm, with some
flexibility to adjust hours once trained. This Accounting Clerk role
will support various other roles within the 6 person Accounting
department. Accounting Clerk duties may include: – Time and Material
Billing – Learning AP/AR for back up and assisting with data entry –
Supporting payroll- entry of hours – Running reports and Summary
Sheets – Filing, both paper and electronic Job Requirements – Prior
Construction or Contracting experience strongly preferred – Solid
working knowledge of Word and Excel – Minimum of 1 year experience
working in Accounting Support role
