Job Duties

• Conducting thorough data analysis to identify key business trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to monitor business performance.
• Performing financial analysis and forecasting to support budgeting and planning processes.
• Creating data-driven presentations and reports to communicate findings to leadership.
• Providing recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Supporting the implementation of business solutions and monitoring their impact.
• Collaborating with IT teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
