We’re presently seeking a Personal Assistant to join one of Auckland’s premier employers. In this position, you’ll support two Senior Leaders by delivering efficient and effective administrative assistance. If you have experience as a team coordinator, this opportunity could be an ideal advancement for you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Screen email and correspondence and drafting responses
• Prioritise managers diaries and issues
• Manage confidential information appropriately
• Setting up of meetings and prepare information on behalf of manager
• Take minutes at meetings
• Manage timely and accurate reporting
• Preparing reports, presentations and other documents as needed
• Ensure electronic and hard copy filing systems aligned and maintained
• Reconcile expenses
• Travel Arrangements
• Events and activities management
• Purchase orders

What we are looking for:

• Min of 5 years experience in a Personal Assistant or Team Coordinator role
• Strong communication skills
• SAP experience would be desired
• Experience within the government sector preferred
