About The Role
The role is varied and you will be the face and first point of contact to all visitors, suppliers and employees. The role will also serve as an additional resource to support the Administration team in all aspects of roles. This is a temporary role to cover the Administration and Reception team while team members are on leave. This role will suit someone who is a go-getter and ready to take on a diverse and everchanging challenge!
- Reception – greeting visitors, mail, couriers, inbound calls
- Travel & accommodation – organize all domestic and international travel requirements for employees as required
- Maintain an efficient office space – supplies, stationery, purchase orders, organizing repairs etc
- General business support
- Full training will be provided
About You
- Someone who is proactive and takes the initiative to get the job done and then look outside to see what else needs doing.
- Someone to take real ownership of the support space.
- Someone that can roll up their sleeves and muck in.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Organised time management skills.
