Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

• First and foremost, you’ll manage relationships with internal and external partners, stakeholders and vendors to ensure delivery to business commitments
• You’ll take care of commercial and financial tracking, SLA performance, product and service lifecycle management, as well as service strategy, design and transition
• You’ll be instrumental in designing fit-for-purpose IT services and service improvement
• By collaborating with Chapter and Tribes Leads, you’ll lead continuous improvement and be an enabler of a self-serve culture

These Are The Skills And Background We’re Looking For

• Career success in a similar Service Delivery / Service Management role
• Experience in vendor management or client management (if you work for an IT vendor)
• Service delivery experience in an enterprise IT environment, with broad technical knowledge of enterprise software (D365 would be ideal)
• A confident communicator and influencer, able to engage effectively at all levels of the business
• ITIL Foundation v3 or 4 ideal
