About the Role:

Our client is looking for a driven, collaborative, and personable candidate to join them as they hit a busy period. This role is critical in supporting the team’s efforts to deliver exceptional educational services to their clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a flair for social media management, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Maintain and organise important documents, prepare reports, and assist with presentation materials.
• Assist the team with collating success stories and other avenues of content for the social media channels.
• Assist in organising workshops and other events, including logistics and other relevant tasks.
• Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with invoice processing and other financial administrative tasks.
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operation and support the implementation of projects and initiatives.

About You:

• Experience in an administrative role is required
• Experience in the Education Sector is preferred but not required, an interest in the Education Sector is required.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a team-player attitude.
