Mon Ami Residential, a rapidly growing real estate firm, is seeking an administative assistant. Duties include:

• Transaction management
• Depositing & cutting commission checks
• Listing input
• Usage of CRM
• Social media management including internal private FB group and public social media pages.
• Helping amplify & drive the company culture through agent events, meetings, etc.
• Managing compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate admin experience
• Working knowledge of MLS
• Full time availability with occasional night and weekend requirements

Excellent opportunity to start as an admin and quickly be promoted into upper level management as the company expands over the next 12 months.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
