We are in need of a friendly, tech savvy, confident, problem solver who is service-oriented to fill the position of virtual receptionist/real estate intake specialist for our team.

We are a small third part property management company covering Greater Dayton and Columbus, OH. Our clients rely on us to be the first impression and the voice of their investments.

A receptionist would go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service through detailed call handling instructions, scheduling appointments, answering FAQ’s, taking messages and transferring calls. What does a day in the life of a Real Estate Receptionist look like? We are glad you asked! A typical Receptionist takes about 50-100 calls per day. This is a very fast paced environment! Calls are typically back-to-back throughout the day. You are answering for about 60+ different properties on any given day. This means each call is unique.

Being confident is key! You never know what call is coming next. While you are going through your day you are supported by an exceptional team throughout the company.

• Customer service or telephone experience preferred

• Quiet home office space (background noise such as pets or children may lead to termination)

• No work on the weekends. We are only open Monday through Friday.
