Monarch Specialty Group Hiring for Billing Specialist at Remote Full Time

We are in need of a Billing Specialist to join our team to support client invoicing and trading partner payments.

The right candidate will be detail-oriented, have a high level of customer service, maintain clear written and verbal communication. The right candidate enjoys creating and maintain effective standard operating procedures and acts with a sense of urgency around deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare trading partner payments and perform necessary adjustments with finance leadership.
• Review and verify trading partner payment files for accuracy.
• Support vendor payment reviews and approval including payment file preparation and quality assurance review.
• Support trading partner questions on payment status and payment details.
• Create summary statements for payment initiation to trading partners and vendors
• Reconcile payments with finance and in QuickBooks
• Prepare client invoices with company business leaders.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
