The Opportunity
BPD is looking for an enthusiastic Project Engineer for their Net Zero Initiative. The role is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end technical integration of the Net Zero Emissions Initiative with significant impact in Buildings and Property Division, the University and the wider industry. You will work closely with project stakeholders, both internal and external, across Buildings and Property Division to develop and maintain the technical strategy of the program, prepare project briefs and manage the engagement and performance of consultants to drive development and implementation of the program in accordance with agreed timeframes, within budget and to achieve strategic business outcomes.
The Project Engineer, along with the Program Director, is responsible for all aspects of project management, including facilitating industry partnerships and interdisciplinary research programs, taking a lead role in promoting and communicating the technical outcomes and learnings across diverse stakeholder groups, and providing expert advice on project related matters.
