Monroe Staffing have an urgentneed for a Data Entry /Receptionis to support manufacturing company in East Longmeadow, MA. Company is looking for candidates with the following experience:

Outgoing person to answer multi-line phone and take clear, informative messages or route calls appropriately. Also filing with accuracy and keeping files neat, sort and distribute mail and prepare outgoing mail and greet vendors, customers etc. who come into the building. Key to this position is data entry. Company use a program called dynamics for entering orders and purchase orders. Candidate does not need to know dynamics specifically but will need to be able to be trained with the way we do these orders/purchase order. Will need to have knowledge of Excel, Word, Typewriters (yes typewriters!) and be neat and organized. Dress is business casual. Attendance is a key component of success in this position. Hours are 8-4:30 but we might be flexible to mother’s hours or adjusted hours (at least 6-7/day)
