Monster Tree Service of Northern Virginia currently has an opening for a Lead Tree Climber

Climber Responsibilities:

• Responsible for climbing, pruning, and re movi ng trees on residential and commercial properties.

• Properly prepare, maintain, and safely operate all tools and equipment including hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and climbing gear.

• Knowledge of spider operation a plus

  Crew Leader Responsibilities

• Read project specifications and organize project execution

• Manage a crew of 3-5 workers ensuring safe and efficient practices

• Engage with customers and ensure excellent customer services

  We are looking for Tree Climber and Crew Lead with :

• Climbing experience

• Experience with proper pruning and tree removal practices.

• Knowledge of knots, chainsaw operation, and chipper operation.

• Driver’s License required with clean driving record.

• Experience with driving non-CDL trucks with trailers.

• Bilingual candidates welcomed (English/ Spanish)

  Pay will depend on experience : Generous SIGN-ON BONUS! $30- $40 per hour for Senior level climber Benefits include Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Medical, Dental, and More!
