- No post-secondary degree required; Associates/BS Degree in general field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in any specialized area required as part of the job functions
- Expertise (includes one or more of the following):
- Professional approach to their work that includes very strong customer service skills.
- Strong Technology skills, including extensive use of Microsoft applications as well as MCIU software.
- Specialized skills in area to be able to work autonomously as proven through work experience.
- Ability to conceptualize how to organize tasks to meet deadlines and ability to prioritize tasks to meet organization needs.
- Advanced ability to use/learn MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and other complex programs.
- Ability to work as a member of a team; cooperative, congenial, and service-oriented.
- Original certificates of clearance from the State Police, the Child Abuse Registry and PDE FBI
- Provide transportation support daily to assist in the efficient operations of the pupil transportation department.
- Effective communication via email and phone with all stakeholders
- Assist in the efficient and effective documentation tracking of relevant transportation documents.
- Review and process monthly transportation invoices
- Process transportation clearances for drivers and aides
- Support efforts to grow transportation service offerings to external clients.
- Prepare necessary state reports or invoicing support to support the needs of the transportation department.
- Prepare and process invoices, including but not limited to:
- Prepare, distribute, and track member invoices
- Compile and process weekly medical claim and prescription invoices
- Input accounting data into the financial software system and prepare/analyze report using the data
- Assist in the preparation of work papers/supporting schedules for annual financial audit
- Prepare monthly list of payments and treasurer’s report documents
- Monitor billing and invoicing of professional service providers
- Provide administrative support to the Trust, as needed.
- Provide support to other business services activities (as needed), such as accounts payable support, accounting support, etc.
- Assist in the compilation and preparation of annual statistical reports and student enrollment reports, as needed.
- Serve as back-up support in preparing bank reconciliations and other accounting support for MCIU regulation operations.

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7 hours/day, 12 months (260-262 days/year)
Annual Salary:
$47,100/year – $55,412/year
